__._____It irritates me when people pride themselves in being especially unique or superior when it comes to their taste in music, clothes, hobbies, movies, political views, religious views, or anything else that takes effort to individualize. Kind of like these "25 Random" lists circulating on Facebook. I know you're different from everyone else in the world. But so is everyone else in the world. I sometimes feel like people are digging holes for themselves when they try to shovel up all this dirt -all these seemingly unique habits- so that the whole world can see. But the more and more they dig, the further and further down they get in their own hole until you kind of forget who that person was. You only see their claim to these "wildly" exclusive and personalized attributes, which without the human presence...is really just a pile of dirt at the top of a hole. And that dirt can be used for anything, really. Any characteristic you have is probably a characteristic someone else, somewhere in the world already has. For instance, I know I'm not the only person in the world who doesn't like sushi, or who sometimes feels inadequate, or who has ever had a broken heart. But that's what so beautiful about being alive. I think we were made that way. We're supposed to be able to share our experiences, our hobbies, our music, our clothes, and our political and religious views. We're supposed to share them because we as human beings are unique. At this point in the history of the world, general ideas about philosophy, music, clothing trends, hobbies, etc., have already existed for a very, very long time by themselves. What makes them extraordinary is the human essence. And what makes us human is the ability to share and develop (not purely display) those ideas. Because the instincts we have aren't just merely to survive on this planet. I believe that humans have a basic instinct to thrive on this planet. We want to create something, or build something; we want to think about things and learn about things; we want to care about other people, we want to fight against conventionality, we want to talk about issues, and we want to love and be loved by someone so that we can somehow preserve our mark on this earth before one day, we vanish from it. That's how we live.

So hello, my name is Lorène, and I want to try to show you who I really am.

Lame.

Lame.

Let's say that we're all standing in between two words. One belongs to the past, the other one to the future. I feel like I'm stucked in a blurry picture, trying to get away from my own mess. Memories have always been tearing my heart out, and times ahead frighten me more than ever. So what's to do ?
I'm not Alexander Supertramp.

Naked.

Le théâtre ne pardonne pas, c'est un art de vérité.

On pleure, on rie, on hurle sur scène. Et le tout n'est pas de faire croire à celui qui vous regarde, mais de croire avec lui.

No need to yell I'm home.

J'ai l'impression de passer ma vie dans les trains entre Paris et Amsterdam.
La traversée des USA commence dans 9 jours.
